Why you ask, well i probably have the best way to lose leg fat and in general body fat. I would like to share my story with you and how i archived my goal. First of all you should know that i am a mother to a child, Evan. Any mom would know that during and after pregnancy most women tend to put on a bit of weight. Well for me my problem was my legs. Now i like to go to the pool and beach in the summer, and i felt embarrassed to show my legs off. And for me, i’m not a shy person and i would’t want people talking behind my back and making comments on my chubby legs.
But i thought to myself that i can’t hide and shell away all the time, so i decided to take action and look for a way to lose leg fat and to lose fat fast. So first of i decided to join my local gym. It had a great low rate membership. But i didn’t really have the time to keep constantly going as i had to look after Evan. Then i decided to try those slim fast drinks, you know the ones you tend to see in the supermarkets. Well they didn’t really work either. Neither did those meal bars and food replacement. All they seemed to do was give me a stomach ache, so i wouldn’t try them if i were you. I then took my search to lose leg fat to the next stage, off i was on the internet. I came across articles and videos, in particular most of the articles i read suggested you needed to lower your calorie intake. So trying this but again with hardly results. I was on the verge of giving up. I had only lost a small amount of body fat, and let me tell you it was hard hard work. I even resorted on going on some boring diet and that didn’t even work.
However, i went back onto the internet and this was the turning point and the solution to my problems. I have to admit it seemed a bit promising when it said it could accelerate fat loss and get rid of your boring diet. But i fort what the heck and gave it a shot And i was astonished by the results. Not only was i losing that leg fat. But i was eating great food that i enjoy. Yes i did say eating GREAT FOOD.
The guide worked a charm. Although i am not to keen i cooking, i let the husband do that. But apart from that its great. Its set out very well and is really really simple to follow. It made me feel great again knowing that i was losing weight and not being on a boring diet. I used to have the same issues as you when it came to losing weight and losing it fast.
